Planned around a real shortage.

Contractor housing assessments for the South Plains point to the same problem: more craft labor is headed to the region than local housing can absorb. Sudan Workforce Village was planned as a direct response, with sites delivered in phases so housing can come online alongside crews.

How it works

  1. 1. Reserve a block. Tell us your crew size, start date and duration.
  2. 2. Pick the housing. Move-in-ready units through our lease partner, crew-owned RVs, or a mix.
  3. 3. Crews arrive. Sites assigned, power and water live, on-site management ready to check them in.

Two ways to house a crew

Bring your own. Crews with their own rigs get a utility-ready site with 50A power, city water and sewer.
